Gerardo Briceno
Managing Partner
Gerard Briceno is the Managing Partner of Cheves Briceno. As a native of Atlanta’s northern suburbs, that is where he set up the principal offices of Cheves Briceno. Gerard started working in law as a legal intern during his senior year of high school. He remained in that capacity throughout his college years. After graduating for Georgia State University, he went on to Gonzaga University’s School of Law in Spokane, Washington to continue and advance his career in law.
Gerard graduated and entered the other side of immigration, working for ICE and the Office of the Chief Counsel in Miami, Florida. He credits this experience as invaluable in gathering a full understanding of Immigration Courts and how they operate. Gerard went on to private practice where he has dedicated himself to leveling the playing field for clients, specializing in Immigration and Personal Injury law.
On the one hand, Gerard has successfully fought the bureaucratic monster that is the broken US immigration system and helped thousands of individuals obtain citizenship, green cards, work and talent visas, asylum, TPS, work permits, and legal status in our great country. Helping those people who are willing to follow the law, abide by the rules, and do the things the right way, get the benefits they deserve.
