Will Fights for His Clients

Will has helped clients across Georgia and Alabama recover more than $35 Million in verdicts and settlements. Will’s philosophy is straightforward, focusing on the fine details of cases and fighting to maximize the recovery for his clients.  He represents injured victims and their families in automobile accidents and personal injury matters.

Will worked as a Managing Staff Counsel Attorney for several Fortune 500 Insurance Defense Companies.  While working for large defense firms, he trained at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy evaluating personal injury cases and trial strategies used against injured victims. These defense strategies are designed to reduce the value of cases, treating victims like a number and a statistic, and discounting the aftermath and human impact of their injuries.  Through thistraining, Will gained knowledge of the interworking of insurance companies and how theyevaluate claims, giving him the upper hand when facing opposing counsel.

Will took this knowledge, experience, and the passion to help others and began fighting for injured victims.  He does his best to explain chokepoints and constrictions strategically designedby the opponent to slow down the process and minimize injuries.  Will is dedicated to fighting for those who have been impacted by the negligence of others.

Will is passionate about fighting for his clients, which is derived from his personal experience in dealing with the aftermath of a wreck that impacted his family and ultimately took his mother’s life.  He takes each case personal and strives to get great results.
